Job Description
The Customer Service Representative will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring smooth communication and timely delivery of logistics services. This role involves coordinating with internal departments, tracking shipments, and resolving customer concerns to guarantee a high level of client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and inquiries from clients.
- Manage shipment documentation, including invoices, delivery notes, and tracking details.
- Coordinate with the operations and warehouse teams to ensure timely dispatch and delivery.
- Update clients regularly about the status of their consignments.
- Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining professionalism.
- Maintain accurate records in the company’s CRM system.
- Support the logistics team with follow-ups on customs clearance and transport arrangements.
- Provide feedback and suggestions to improve overall service quality.
Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field.
- At least 1–3 years of experience in customer service (preferably in logistics or transportation).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and familiarity with CRM systems.
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
- Fluency in English (Arabic or Hindi is an added advantage).
Job Type & Schedule
- Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
- Work Schedule: 8 hours per day, 6 days a week
- Location: Dubai, UAE (On-site)
Salary & Benefits
- Salary Range: AED 3,500 – AED 5,000 per month (depending on experience)
