Job Overview
The Construction Helper / General Labourer is responsible for assisting skilled workers, maintaining cleanliness on-site, and performing physical tasks to support construction operations.
This is a beginner-level position, suitable for candidates with no previous experience. The company provides:

Key Responsibilities
Your day-to-day duties will include:
- Site Preparation & Cleaning
- Clear debris and waste materials from the construction site.
- Assist in setting up scaffolding, tools, and materials.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety in the working area.
- Assisting Skilled Workers
- Help masons, carpenters, electricians, and plumbers with tools and materials.
- Mix cement, sand, and other construction materials as required.
- Load and unload materials and equipment safely.
- Transporting Materials
- Carry materials to assigned locations.
- Use wheelbarrows, lifts, or manual methods to move construction supplies.
- Safety & Compliance
- Follow all safety procedures and wear protective equipment (helmet, gloves, boots).
- Report any unsafe conditions to the supervisor.
- Attend daily safety briefings before work starts.
- Other General Tasks
- Perform general cleaning, lifting, and shifting duties as assigned.
- Support daily construction activities and assist engineers or site foremen.
Candidate Requirements
- Gender: Male
- Age: 20 – 40 years
- Education: Not required (Basic reading & writing in English is an advantage)
- Experience:
- Freshers can apply — training will be provided.
- Previous construction or labour experience is an added advantage.
- Skills & Traits:
- Physically fit and hardworking.
- Willing to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Team player and obedient to supervisors’ instructions.
- Documents Needed:
- Valid passport (minimum 1-year validity).

Working Hours & Shifts
- Daily Work Duration: 8 hours per day
- Overtime: Available and paid as per UAE Labour Law
- Days Off: 1 day per week
- Contract Period: 2 years (renewable)
Salary & Benefits
- Basic Salary: AED 1,000 – 1,400 per month
- Overtime: AED 300–600 (depending on workload)
- Monthly Income (Total): AED 1,300 – 2,000
