As part of its expansion plan for the upcoming travel season, the company is now hiring Airport Loaders and Baggage Handlers to strengthen its ground operations team in Dubai.
Job Overview
Airport loaders and baggage handlers are responsible for the safe handling, loading, and unloading of passenger luggage, cargo, and freight at the airport. The role requires physical fitness, teamwork, and attention to detail.
This is an entry-level position, and the company provides full training, visa sponsorship, accommodation, transport, and free return ticket after completion of the contract.
Key Responsibilities
As an Airport Loader / Baggage Handler, your main duties will include:
- Baggage Handling & Loading
- Load and unload passenger luggage from aircraft safely.
- Ensure that bags are sorted and placed correctly according to flight schedules.
- Use conveyors, carts, and loading vehicles for efficient transfer.
- Cargo Operations
- Assist in loading freight containers and cargo pallets.
- Maintain accuracy in cargo documentation and labeling.
- Follow safety procedures while handling heavy goods.
- Aircraft Servicing Support
- Operate ground service equipment (GSE) such as belt loaders and dollies.
- Communicate with ground crew and supervisors using hand signals and radios.
- Ensure aircraft are clear of obstructions before take-off and landing.
- Safety & Compliance
- Follow all Dubai Airport safety standards and UAE Civil Aviation Authority (GCAA) guidelines.
- Wear personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times.
- Report any damages, delays, or irregularities immediately to the supervisor.
Job Requirements
- Gender: Male candidates preferred due to physical nature of work.
- Age: 20 – 38 years.
- Education: Minimum High School Certificate.
- Experience:
- Prior airport or logistics experience preferred, but not mandatory.
- Freshers are welcome — full training will be provided.
- Skills:
- Physically fit and capable of lifting up to 32 kg.
- Team player with good coordination and focus.
- Basic English communication skills (speaking and reading).
- Documents Required:
- Valid passport (with at least 1 year validity).
- Passport-sized photos (white background).
- Previous employment or experience certificate (if any).
Working Hours & Conditions
- Working Hours: 8–10 hours per day
- Shifts: Rotational (morning, afternoon, night)
- Days Off: 1 day per week
- Overtime: Paid according to UAE labor law
Work is performed on the airfield and in cargo warehouses, so employees must be prepared for outdoor conditions including heat and noise.

- Basic Salary: AED 1,800 – 2,200 per month
